Terms & conditions
INFINITY DAY BY THE POOL at The Roof Top (referred to as the “Roof Top”) which is owned by Blaugrana Leisure Ltd., a company registered in Malta, the (referred to as the (“Owner”)
- Pre-booking is required and is on a first come first serve basis & limited availability to non-hotel guests.
- Large group bookings are not permitted. Groups should consist of no more than 6 people.
- Sunbeds will be reserved, positioned and allocated by the owner.
- Towels are available on request with a EUR15 refundable deposit.
- Price is subject to change without warning and according to availability.
- No parking is available for Day by the Pool guests.
- We would require the below details to place a booking: Name, Date, Number of people, Email address and Mobile number.
- This package is valid only for entry to the Roof Top and does not include access to the adjacent hotels’ private facilities, which are reserved for the registered guests.
- All members MUST wear the wristband provided by the Front Office agents.
- No food or drinks are to be brought into the premises. Only food and drink purchased at the Hotel may be consumed on the premises. The management reserves the right to hold any Coolers at the entrance (these will be returned on exit).
- The opening of the Umbrellas is at the Sole Discretion of the Owner.
- Use of the Roof Top and any of its facilities shall be at the sole risk of the person or persons using it. The Owner or their respective shareholders, directors, employees, or contractors shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to the person or property occasioned therein.
- The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any subscription if in its reasonable opinion, such member’s behaviour is causing undue disturbance to other patrons of the Premises or if any of the above obligations are not honoured in full. All decisions of the Operator in this regard shall be final.

- The foregoing conditions are subject to alteration or modification by the Owner as deemed necessary for the orderly operation of the Roof Top from time to time.
- No use of Hi-Fi equipment is allowed.
- No Inflatable items, other than children’s safety rings and arm bands, are allowed in the Pool.
- The management reserves the right to use any part of the roof top facilities and limit access to the subscribers.
- Our pool area is a haven of tranquillity. Please keep noise levels to a minimum to allow all guests to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
- Avoid shouting, loud conversations, or any activities that might disrupt the calm ambiance.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
