We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a positive dining experience for our guests as well as to lead and motivate our food and beverage team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or a similar role is required.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge in Social Media management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
