Booking Terms and Conditions
- Unless otherwise agreed to between the client and the Hotel in writing, reserved rooms are at the Guest’s disposal from 15:00 on the date of arrival until 11:00 the date of departure.
- Unless otherwise agreed to between the client and the Hotel in writing, a group booking policy will apply for a group of reservations of more than 10 rooms.
- Guests under eighteen (18) years must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of twelve (12) must be supervised by a grown-up Guest at all times during the hotel stay.
- Guest does not acquire the right to have certain rooms provided unless this was expressly agreed in writing in the booking confirmation.
- Prices stated on the Hotel website and mobile channels are displayed as per day and time of the inquiry. The Hotel reserves the right to amend prices at any time, only the confirmed price linked to a confirmed booking is binding.
- The Hotel is entitled to charge to the credit card or alternative payment method indicated on any outstanding amount(s) owed by the Guest to the Hotel after departure.
Cancellation Policy
Payment will be taken upon check in. You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge before 3PM 3 days prior to your arrival day. If cancelled within 3 days of arrival, 100% of the entire stay shall be charged. In the case of a no-show, full charges apply.
Cancellation Non-Refundable.
Payment will be taken upon booking. If booking is cancelled any time after completion of reservation all charges will apply. In case of a no-show, full charges will apply.
Modify or Cancellation of Booking by Client

Any modifications may be subject to an increase in price or other administration fees as established by the Hotel
Payment Policy
For a normal booking, a credit card is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. Full Payment will be taken directly at the hotel upon check in.
For a non-refundable booking, a credit card is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. Payment will be taken at the time of booking.
A valid identity card or passport should be presented upon check in
Rate includes free breakfast and a 7% Vat.
Eco-contribution
Environmental contribution by tourists. As from 1 June 2016, all tourists aged 18 and over will be required to pay an environmental contribution of €0.50 for every night spent in Malta, capped at a maximum of €5 per visit. This is NOT included in the room rate.
The Terms and Conditions of use apply to your use of the Site, including all transactions effected by you. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be void, illegal and unenforceable to that extent only and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and www.ushuaia.mt because of this agreement or use of the Site. Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are expressly reserved by www.ushuaia.mt
Governing law and Choice of Forum
These Terms and Conditions of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to the Site or use of the Site shall be governed exclusively by Maltese law, and exclusively enforced in the Maltese Courts. You expressly agree to the exclusive governance of Maltese law and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
